PLEASE let me disable cycle control in media window

Just so you know...if you have an item an loop at the same position and try to move one....if you click and hold at the edge....you get a tool tip when the item is going to move and you dont when the loop is going to move. ;)

Have you tried locking loop selection temporarily? Right click on the lock icon, check loop selection and enable. Then turn it on and off as required by clicking on the icon.
